Thora Letkeman

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Thora Yvonne Letkeman.  Thora passed away on August 22,2023, at the age of 85.  Thora was born in Herbert, Saskatchewan on April 22, 1938.  Thora attended school in Morse, Saskatchewan.  Mom was a farm wife for many years and then went on to work at the Swift Current Union Hospital.  Mom enjoyed coffee with her friends, dancing, playing cards or reading a good book, but most of all mom enjoyed her time with her family especially her grandchildren.  Thora is survived by her children; Deborah Myles (Don), Bruce Letkeman (Maxine), Nora Brisby (Greg Lowe), Leah Morstad (Kevin Presley), 12 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; sisters in law and brothers in law; Paul and Viv Letkeman, Dot Letkeman, Elsie Letkeman, Bev and Harold Phillip,  Grant Lovering, and numerous nieces and nephews.  Thora is predeceased by Raymond Letkeman in February 1991 and Leslie Stovka in May 2018.  Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation 1738 Quebec Avenue, Unit 26, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, S7K 1V9.  Arrangements entrusted to Warren's Funeral Home.  For further information please call 1-306-773-8831 or 1-800-267-6606, or visit our website at www.warrensfuneralhome.com and express your sympathy to family members on the tribute wall.
