Patricia "Pat" Carlson

Patricia “Pat” Irene Carlson age 69, of Ponteix, Saskatchewan, passed away on Friday March 14, 2025 at the Cypress Regional Hospital in Swift Current, Saskatchewan. 
The memorial service was held at 11:00 a.m., Friday March 21, 2025, from Notre Dame d ’Auvergne Roman Catholic Church, with Pastor Travis Heide officiating.  The organist was Claudette Begin, the eulogy was read by Scott Parrish and Brad Korpan, and Gerry Bourlon and David Cloutier were the ushers. Her loving husband Michael Carlson was the urn bearer. Patricia was laid to rest at the Ponteix Cemetery.

Patricia is survived by her husband Michael Carlson.  Daughter Dawn (Brad). Grandchildren; Alexis (Kyle) and great-grandson Bowen. Grandchildren Cain (Logann), Brody and Mitchell. Son Justin (Brigitte), and grandchildren Kyra and Elijah.  

She was predeceased by her parents Dorothy and Glen Davey, and parents-in-law Eric and Marie Carlson.

Patricia was born on July 25, 1955 in Swift Current, Saskatchewan and she attended school in Cadillac, Ponteix, and Swift Current.

Patricia married Michael Carlson on July 3, 1987. 
Pat was a special care aid and cook at the Manor in Ponteix, then she worked for Gisele at Splitter’s. She worked at SLGA in Pontiex, then Swift Current, until she retired in 2022.

Pat’s hobbies were cooking, baking, puzzles, and reading. Her passions were her children and grandchildren, she would put everything aside to spend time with them or to have them around. 

Pat was such a gentle, caring, and loving person. She loved visiting with people, face to face or on the phone.
