Mr. Brian Kantrud

Brian Kantrud passed away at the Cypress Regional Hospital on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 with his wife, Delores by his side.  At Brian’s request, no formal service will be held at this time. 

Brian is survived by his wife Delores; children: Ryan (Tanya) and family, Emery (Kim) and family; sister Susan (Clarke) and family; and many great nieces and nephews, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.  

After retirement, Brian drove school bus for many years, a job he really enjoyed.  He drove the same route for years so he knew each student by name and they were all special in different way to him.
During the summer breaks, he enjoyed camping at Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park or at the Saskatchewan Landing and puttering around the yard.

The family of Brian extend a heartfelt thankyou to the Doctors and Nurses in Emergency, as well as the Nurses on Med/Surg.  Your compassion and care were top notch.
