Marie Loverin

Marie Rouleau Loverin was born in the Spring of 1942 in Ponteix, Sask. and passed away May 21, 2021 in Swift Current, Sask. with her family by her side.  Mom embraced life; always taking such pride in baking and cooking for her family and friends.  Nothing made her happier than having the entire family together.  She had such a kind and giving heart. 
Mom was one of seven children born to Alphonse and Alma Rouleau.   She spent the first 16 years of her life on the family farm, just South of Ponteix; later moving into town. 
Marie married Bob Loverin on November 11, 1963.  Together they have 5 children, Darlene, Doreen, Michelle, Kelly and Cory.  Mom and Dad made their home in the Kincaid / Hazenmore area before moving to the farm North of Hazenmore in 1976.  In 2003, they retired and made their home in Swift Current.  Mom and Dad spent many of their retirement years in Yuma, Arizona where they enjoyed an active social life with all of their friends.  They also enjoyed trips to Hawaii, Barbados and took various cruises. 
We would like to think that Mom is enjoying a long awaited "happy hour" in heaven toasting with loved ones. 
Leaving to mourn a Mom, a Grandma and a Great Grandma are; Daughter Darlene (Everton) and children Kendra (Nathan) Soren and Kyrie.  Janelle (Jared) Sawyer and Remy.  Racquel (CJ) Emma.  Daughter Doreen (Ray) and children Amber (Jarrod) Spencer and Janai.  Kristie (Mark) Seth, Hunter, Nevaeh, Hallie and Everley.  Daughter Michelle (John) and children Mathew and Michael.  Daughter Kelly (Bob) and children Cody (Kaitlin).  Taylor (Josh) Skyler and Tommy.  Son Cory (Daniela) and children Caleb, Kiera, Tristan and Maya.  Sisters Pauline and Irene (Mickey).  Sister in law Gail (Bill).
Marie was pre-deceased by her loving husband Bob (July 13, 2013).  Her parents Alphonse and Alma Rouleau.  In laws Harold and Florence Loverin.  Sister Gertrude (Lionel) and  Bernadette (Gerry).  Brother George (Val) and Paul.  Brother in law Fern as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
While we can't celebrate as Mom would have wished due to covid-19, you are all invited to join us virtually for a private service on Tuesday June 1, 2021 at 11AM. Donations can be made in Mom's honour to the Canadian Mental Health Association.
