Lucille was a Kinette member, and was the very first secretary for Telemiracle 1.  She was a CWL member for 31 years.  Mom loved to help wherever she could with all the groups and organizations her children were involved in.

She loved sewing and made all her kids clothes from nightgowns, dresses, suits, bathing suits, bridal gowns, etc.  She loved to camp every summer!  Canvas tent, 8 family members, dog and cat, off we went to Gregg Lake, SK, BC, Lac Pelletier, etc.  Horse shoes were another fun past time of Lucille.  She was known to be the best of the best in horse shoe tournaments.  She was a Yahtzee champ, and loved looking at recipe books.

Mom was such a kind, caring person.  She always put others ahead of herself.  She prided herself on raising her 6 children, and 2 of her grandchildren.  She was very interested in what her grandkids, and great-grandkids were doing.  Her love of gardening and baking were passed down to many generations.  She loved talking to her family every day!
