HILTS: Lorina Eleanor age 77 of Swift Current, SK passed away on Sunday, November 22, 2020 at The Meadows. A private graveside service took place at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 26, 2020 from Mount Pleasant Burial Park in Swift Current with Father Thomas Mutavanattu officiating. The eulogy was read by Branden Hilts and the urn bearer was Brinlee Hilts. Lorina is survived by her children Brian, Joanne (Tony) and Dean (Cheryl); her daughter-in-law Elaine; her grandchildren Branden (Kelsey), Erin, Brinlee, and Sarah; great grandchildren Jaxon, Jaden and Jensen; four brothers and 5 sisters. She is predeceased by her parents Vincent and Margaret Kurtz; her husband Ronald Hilts; her son Robin Hilts; one brother and two sisters. Lorina was born on January 17, 1943 in Leader, SK and attended school in Leader. She was united in marriage on November 10, 1962 to Ronald Hilts at the Little Flower Church in Leader. She was employed at the Co-op Bakery for many years. She loved to read, bake, play cards, playing Bingo, canning, camping, bowling, and tending to her flowers in the garden. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy and visited with them often. Donations in Lorina's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society 1910 McIntyre Street Regina, SK S4P 2R3.
