Linda Rampton

Linda Frances Rampton, age 74, of Waldeck, passed away February 17, 2022. The memorial service was held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 4, 2022 from St. Stephen the Martyr Anglican Church with Father Dick Kennedy officiating. Linda is survived by her husband of 54 years, Les Rampton; children, Emma Rampton, Nick (Tracey) Rampton, Jane (Joel) Fehr; grandchildren, Taylor Rampton, Jayden Rampton-Hurl, Kylee (Chad) Gieselman, Morgan (Layne) Cote, Josie Rampton (Brett Klassen), Payten Schwartz and Carly Schwartz; great grandchildren, Brynn and Blake Gieselman; sister, Audrey Waite; sister-in-law, Anita Rampton; and numerous nieces and nephews. Linda was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Joan Flitter, father and mother-in-law, Frank and Jessica Rampton, brothers-in-law, Frank Waite, David Rampton, Gilbert Rampton, Gordon Sayers, and sister-in-law, Hazel Sayers. Linda was born in Ecchinswell, England on July 14, 1947. She attended school at Ecchinswell Primary School, Worting Primary School and Shrubbery Secondary School. She married Les on February 17, 1968 at Worting Church of England. Linda was a member of the Anglican Church Women, and enjoyed knitting, sewing and gardening. Linda and Les moved to Swift Current, Saskatchewan in 1977 and then to the farm at Waldeck, Saskatchewan in 1984. Arrangements entrusted to Warren's Funeral Home.
