Lily Choi

Choi, Lily (Lin Pak In) Choi, age 73, of Swift Current, Sk. passed away December 28, 2020 at Cypress Regional Hospital. A Memorial Service was held at 6:00 pm Wednesday, December 30, 2020 from the Chapel of Warren's Funeral Home. Lily is survived by her daughter Sarah Choi; sisters Mei Mei Lam, Maureen Fong, Ada Lam, and Pei Pei Pang; brothers Weng Wa Lam, Cheok Lon Lam and Cheong Tat Lam as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father Lin C. Chung; mother Cheung Khin Kyi and her husband Choi Wing Boon. Lily was born in Rangoon, Burma on May 4, 1947. She worked for many wonderful local restaurants, which lead her to own her very own Chinese Restaurant, Golden Gardens, with her siblings. Lily spent time creating scrumptious meals. She was a very good seamstress and loved sewing her own clothes. She was a dedicated mother first and foremost. She treasured her daughter Sarah, and embraces every moment. Lily had a charismatic personality and always made friends everywhere she went. Lily always enjoyed the simple pleasures in life and never asked for anything more. She will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by her family and friends. Warren' Funeral Home in care of arrangements.
