Frank met Rose-Marie Wolff in Nimibia while serving in the Dutch Navy. He married Rose-Marie Landman-Wolff in Walvis Bay (Walvisch Bay), Nimibia on July 29, 1961. Together they were an unstoppable couple. Fransiscus loved Rose-Marie dearly. Frank and Rose-Marie moved to Canada in 1967 and made Saskatchewan home in 1995.
