Florence Graham

Elizabeth Florence Charlotte Graham, age 89 of Webb, Saskatchewan, passed away August 13, 2020 at Clover House, Swift Current. The graveside service was held at 1:00 p.m. on August 20, 2020, from Memory Gardens Cemetery with her son-in-law, Rick Jamison officiating. The violinist was Austin Castle. The honorary pallbearers were Brad Jamison, Barry Graham, Jordan Graham, Rylee Graham, Levi Graham and Kirk Amon. Florence is survived by her children, Jim (Debbie), Gerry (Darlene), Elaine (Rick), Tom (Donna), Mickey (Audrey) and Marlene (Darrell); 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and her sister, Dora. Florence was predeceased by her parents, Edward and Elizabeth Salter; husband, Angus Graham; brother, Albert; and sister, Sarah. Florence was born on August 24, 1930 at the family farm south of Swift Current, and she attended school at Silver Craig. On June 14, 1949, she married Angus Graham. Thereafter, she enjoyed her life as a homemaker on the family farm, becoming involved in the Duncairn Community Club for many years while she lived on the farm. Florence always grew a large garden, and enjoyed yardwork and flowers. In the winter, she loved to spend time curling. Florence was also a great baker, making bread, buns, cinnamon rolls, cakes and pies that her family enjoyed. She liked all animals, having horses, cattle, dogs, cats and wild birds around to enjoy. Florence often loved to dance to old time music.
