Elaine Hilts Obituary

 Elaine Margo Hilts age 60 of Swift Current Saskatchewan passed away on October 10, 2022 in Swift Current. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, October 15, 2022 at the First United Church with Reverend Annette Taylor officiating. Tributes will be done by Branden Hilts and Erin Hiscox. Elaine is survived by her son Branden Hilts and wife Kelsey, daughter Erin Hiscox and husband Carl. Sister Rhonda Webb (Ken), brother Dean Blezard (Paulette).Nieces and nephews Kristal Blezard(Garret) Tristen, Carter, Riley, Nathan and Becca; Mackenzie Blezard (Veronica) Deklyn; Kendal Berezowski(Jordan) Greyson and Kallie. Brother in law Brian Hilts, Sister in law Joanne Prpich (Tony) and niece Brinlee Hilts. Elaine was predeceased by: Husband Robin Hilts, father and mother Arthur and Margaret Blezard, in laws Lorina and Ronald Hilts.Elaine was born on September 11, 1962 in Leader, Saskatchewan and attended school at Sceptre Elementary and Leader High School. She married Robin Hilts on April 1, 1989 and they were married 28 years until Robins untimely death in 2018. Elaine worked as an LPN for 35 years and loved her job at the Palliser as well as at The Meadows. She was active in her children's activities and sports. She loved animals of all kinds especially her dog, Snickers. She loved the outdoors and one of her favorite places was camping at Cypress Hills. Elaine loved to travel, spending time with family and friends. When time permitted she loved to sew, craft and restore furniture. In her memory, donations may be made to the Swift Current SPCA-PO Box 1163, Swift Current Saskatchewan, S9H 3X3.
