Dixie Crawford

Crawford, Dixie Lee age 49 years of Swift Current, Saskatchewan, passed away on December 20, 2022.  The funeral service was held on Friday, December 30, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Warren's Funeral Home with Pastor Aaron Pardy officiating.  The eulogists were Melanie Hilsendeger and Andrea Belcourt.  Ushers were Ryley Belcourt and Emma Friesen.  The pallbearers were Adam Belcourt, Calvin Friesen, Jesse Stewart, Curtis Friesen, Brenton Peters, and Mike Hilsendeger.  Dixie is survived by her loving husband Jason Crawford; daughters Kayla Crawford and Amy Crawford; father Leonard Soden; sisters: Penny Soden, Melanie Hilsendeger; and Connie Soden; brother Paul Soden; and many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her mother Cora Yvonne Soden.  Dixie was born in Swift Current on August 1, 1973 and attended school at Kyle Composite and the Medicine Hat College.  Her greatest accomplishment was her family.  She devoted her life to her husband and daughters.  Dixie cherished her time with her girls and was very proud of the young women they have become.  Arrangements entrusted to Warren’s Funeral Home.
