He was a farmer in the Neidpath area and cherished the wide open spaces of the prairies. Dean married Karen, the love of his life, on September 30, 1978. They remained inseparable for the duration of their 42 year marriage.  During summer months they enjoyed camping and golfing, and took breaks from Saskatchewan winters travelling to warm destinations.  Dean's grandchildren lit up his life and there wasn't anything that was more important to him than family. One of his proudest accomplishments was his strong relationship with his children.  Dean was kind, caring, spoke with integrity and was the voice of reason. His love was limitless. Those who knew him were better off having had him in their lives. He will be deeply missed by many.  A celebration of his life will be held by the family at a later date.
