Betty Brown Obituary

Brown, Elizabeth (Betty) May, age 75, of Swift Current, Saskatchewan, passed away on January 1, 2023.  Betty is survived by her sister Dorothy Fife (Gil Fife); brother-in-law Art Spiker; sister-in-laws: Annette James, Mary Filion; and numerous nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her husband Leonard Brown; parents Harry and Florence James; brothers Gordon and Harry James; sisters: Jean Spiker, and Judy Longtin.  Betty was born in Chaplin, Saskatchewan on August 9, 1947.  She married Leonard Brown on August 25, 1973 in Chaplin, Saskatchewan.  Betty enjoyed cooking and worked in various locations as a cook in Swift Current.  She enjoyed playing bingo and cards in her spare time.  Donations in memory of Betty may be made to Diabetes Canada - Saskatchewan Branch, Regional Leadership Centre South, 917A Albert St, Regina, Saskatchewan S4R 146.  Arrangements entrusted to Warren’s Funeral Home.
