Isabella Beccy Thomson, our brave girl, left her legacy here on earth to dance on streets of gold on July 14, 2024 at 4:19 p.m. Bella passed peacefully in her parents' arms at SickKids Children's Hospital in Toronto, Ontario. Bella was an adventurous 10-year-old, from Swift Current, Saskatchewan, who loved pink, princesses, camping, sports, the Calgary Flames, and teaching others how to be brave. She enjoyed life to the absolute fullest, especially the days outside of the hospital. Being born with three rare conditions did not hold her back. Bella was recognized as a philanthropist, putting much of her efforts into fundraising for Ronald McDonald House Charities Canada, and serving as an ambassador for two children's hospitals (Jim Pattison's and SickKids). Bella loved to laugh, make jokes, and pull pranks. Her sense of humor and ability to share joy were everything we could ever need. She would want you to remember that God is love, to be brave, and that you are never too old to bring a stuffed animal. Memorial donations in Bella’s honour may be made to the Ronald McDonald House Charities Canada (www.rmhccanada.ca). Arrangements entrusted to Warren’s Funeral Home.
