Ann Bang

Ann Bang Obituary

Ann Marie Bang was born on January 25, 1950 in Cabri, Saskatchewan.  The 4th child to Vera Irene and Cecil Edward Cushing, was the youngest sister to late Verne Edward Cushing, late Joy Mae Bekker, and surviving Linda Joan Johnson.

Ann attended elementary and high school in Cabri.  She started to work part-time at the hospital as a Nurses Aide, which she loved.  In the fall, she got a full-time position which she was excited about in 1966.  She married Mark Alden Bang on March 5, 1977.

Mark and Ann moved to Biggar and were there for a few years.  They moved back to Cabri and purchased Z.F. Cushing Insurance from Ann’s parents.  Ann start to work for Homecare, then got a Nurses Aide position at the P.H.C.C. as a Nurses Aide.

Ann and Mark were blessed with two children, daughter Teresa and son Matthew, and son-in-law Travis Knittle, and daughter-in-law Jena-Lea Bang.  She is survived also by her grandchildren: Kylie Ann, Jesse Riden Knittle, and Soffiah Tyna; Henry Alden and Felix Ace Bang which Ann loved being around her family very much.

In memory of Ann, donations to the S.P.C.A. would be appreciated by the family.
