Hans Kuit Obituary

Johannes Hendrikus Kuit – "Hans".
Hans was born September 11, 1938 in Schiedam, Holland. Hans Immigrated to Canada in May, 1952.
Hans, age 80, passed away peacefully Good Friday, April 19, 2019. Hans is lovingly remembered by his wife Georgia, his sons Kevin (Sandra), John (Colleen), daughter Beverly (Clare) Doetzel, his sister Irene (Ken) Smallenberg, his sister in-law Alice, and his stepsons Derrick (Rachel) Deobald, Kelly (Rebecca)Deobald, and stepdaughter Nikki (Aaron) Churchman, 19 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his daughter Lynn, his brother Bill, his father Jan Hendrik, and Great Grandaughter, Hanna.
Hans was never very far away from Georgia in the 32 years they shared. Together they enjoyed their opportunities to manage resorts and all associated activities. Hans loved to fish, dance and sing with the most joyful spirit. He was a kind man and was always willing to help others. He absolutely loved it when his children and grandchildren would visit.
Georgia and Kevin would like to send a special Thank You to Dawson Smith, not just a friend - but family. Your friendship meant the world to Hans, and your constant support has never gone unnoticed.
The family would also like to thank the first responders for their help and kindness during this difficult time.
